Abstract
Efficiency of all organisation depends on degree of success of activity of the head. In this situation basic value is got by system of a business estimation of managers of the top echelon in which basis the effective psychological model of business success should lie. We suggest to consider theoretical models of business success, and to check up empirically the most suitable under the Russian specificity of management.
